Wiley Ranch Beef
Four generations on the same southeast Colorado range, long enough to have opinions about how beef should be raised.

Wiley Ranch Beef has been ranching the same land in southeast Colorado for four generations, about 120 years, give or take. That is long enough to have opinions about how beef should be raised, treated and finished, and the family is not shy about them.
The cattle are grass fed on some of the purest open range southeast Colorado has, then finished on a blend of grain, alfalfa and corn the family grows on its own ground. It is the farm to table idea applied to beef, and it means the ranch controls what the animals eat from the first day to the last.
Nothing in the herd has ever seen a growth hormone or anything else that did not exist when the great grandfather started ranching. The beef is dry aged two to three weeks, trimmed or ground, packaged by hand and quick frozen to hold the flavor. Every box is prepared the week it is ordered, vacuum sealed, packed in an insulated box and shipped to all of the lower 48, usually arriving within 72 hours.
What they raise
- Steak boxes, including ribeye, T-bone, New York strip and sirloin
- Burger and ground beef boxes
- Roast, brisket and BBQ boxes
- Beef bratwurst and quick meal boxes
- One time purchase or a recurring subscription

Where the ranch is.
Wiley, Colorado. No street address is published for any producer on this site, because none was published by the ranches and none was collected. The marker is the town.
Drag to pan, scroll or pinch to zoom, or select a state. With the map focused, the arrow keys pan and the plus and minus keys zoom. Every state outline and every ranch marker is reachable by keyboard, and every ranch on the map is also in the list below, so no producer is reachable only through the map. A member's marker is that ranch's membership badge, drawn larger at the higher levels. A free Registered Producer is a black dot on its own state, and an unclaimed Unregistered Producer record is a gray dot, which opens an invitation to the owner to claim the profile rather than a page.
