What happens after you send us an inquiry.
- A question about buying beef comes back to you by email, usually with the ranches, and a link to your state.
- A correction to a producer listing is checked with the ranch first. We do not change a rancher's page on somebody else's word, including ours.
- A media inquiry regarding American Beef Direct will reach our support team, and someone will get back to you.
- A registration does not belong here. The producer registration asks the questions we would otherwise have to ask you by email.
One thing we cannot help with.
We cannot take an order, check on an order, change an order or chase a delivery. Every purchase on this registry is a transaction between you and the ranch, on the ranch's own website, and the ranch is the only party who can see it. Their contact details are on their own site, which every profile links to.
If a ranch is not answering you, tell us anyway. A registered producer who does not answer their customers is something we want to know about.
