The Goertz family has raised cattle and wheat on the same southeast Wyoming ground since 1910, and started selling beef direct in 2004. The cattle graze prairie grass and cover crops, finish on grain raised on the family's own farm, and are dry aged 21 days.
Ships nationwide by UPS, going out Monday and Tuesday. Free local delivery to Wheatland and Cheyenne on a $100 minimum, monthly delivery to Casper for halves and quarters, and local pickup at Slater Road by arrangement.
