American Beef Direct membership is designed to do more than put your ranch on a map. Membership connects American beef producers with consumers while providing the visibility, resources, marketing opportunities, and business-development tools needed to build a stronger direct-to-consumer beef business.

Find your Unregistered Producer record and claim it. Complete your basic producer information and submit it to become a Registered Producer, free of charge. The process takes about five minutes.
This is not a listing. It is a record waiting for the rancher who owns it. An unclaimed record shows on the national map as a gray dot with no details and no page of its own.

A producer who has claimed and registered their listing at no cost. Registered Producers provide basic business information and receive a limited profile establishing their ranch as part of the American Beef Direct Registry. They appear on the map as a black dot.

The membership badges.
Every Membership level has its own badge. It sits on the ranch's profile header, within the directory listing, and as that ranch's marker on the national map. Members are also given the artwork to put on their own website if they choose.
What each Badge Means
- Verified Member: An American Beef producer who has been verified to produce and provide American-sourced meat products, born, raised, and harvested in the United States.Map marker

- Founding Member: One of the founding members of the American Beef Direct Producer Network. All the above, with a lifetime membership and exclusive customer access.Map marker
- Registered Producer: the ranch has been claimed by the owner in the system and on the map as a plain black dot but is not a member and carries no badge, so a badge on the map is always a member.
- Unregistered Producer: a record nobody has claimed yet. A gray dot on the map, the ranch name and the state, and no page. Hover it and the map offers to let the owner claim the profile.
Every badge carries the American Beef Direct name, so it works as our branding as much as your credential. Members are given the artwork to put on their own website, and the four are told apart by their centre emblem as well as by the level name on the ring: a shield, a star, a rosette and a diamond. Founding membership is capped at 3 per state, so the diamond is the badge a state can only ever show 3 of.
